FAQ's

We accept almost all types of CAD, PDF & image file formats.

For CAD To BIM Projects: drawing in the form of CAD or PDF will be preferred

For Scan to BIM Projects: Scan data in the form of RCS/ RCP files will be required.

We can give you examples of previous, comparable work so you can assess our calibre.

We work for the LOD (Level of Detailing) of mostly 300 to 350

To avoid misunderstandings, all official communications must be sent by email. Skype or our phone can be used for calling. Through Skype or any third-party software of your choice, we can use for online meetings.

Usually,Clients send us their inputs and specifications by email in the form of PDF or Excel files or for Scan to BIM projects RCS/RCP files, or for CAD TO BIM projects Auto CAD Drawings etc.

After reviewing the requirements, including the anticipated delivery date, we get in touch with the client to get any last-minute clarifications.

On the basis of the requirement analysis, we then present a business proposal for the project. We submit a thorough delivery schedule after the proposal is accepted and green flag received from client side.

Soon, we get green flag from client side to start work, we normally provide our submissions in following 3 phases:

Phase 1: 30% Submission (includes mostly General project information sheets, Overall Floor plans and 4 main Exterior Building sections without Detailing)

Phase 2: 60% Submission (includes Enlarges or part plans of Overall Floor plans, Building Sections, Interior Elevations, Call outs with all Detailing part etc)

Phase 3: 90% Submission (includes Schedules, Materials, 3D render views etc)

Phase4: 100% Submission (includes final outputs with all the comments/ queries resolved based on 90% submission output, Clash Detection with Resolved clash report generated etc)

The Turnaround time or Lead time depends on the nature and size of the project.

The experience level of our resource’s ranges from 3 years to 15 years.

We maintain a track of the hours utilized. Period reports can be furnished on request. Progress models may be submitted periodically for review and comments.

  • Issue scope of work
    • Discuss the delivery schedule with the clients
    • Send weekly reports
    • Send progress reports.

 

For BIM:

  • Architectural: Architectural Floor and Roof Plans, Building Sections, Wall Sections, Elevations, Typical details or Standard details, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Door, Window and openings schedules, Flooring plans and finish schedules, Details of all building materials and finishes, Modelling standards, etc.
  • Structural: Structural Framing Plans, Sections, Elevations, Column schedule, Beam Schedules, Joist schedules, Bracing schedule, Typical details or Standard details, Truss Placement plans and profile details, Modelling standards, etc.
  • Mechanical: Architectural & Structural in 2D AutoCAD Format. Reflected Ceiling plan, Mechanical design layout in CAD or any formats. Details of fittings, accessories, Equipment etc.
  • Electrical: Architectural & Structural in 2D AutoCAD Format. Reflected Ceiling plan, details of light fixtures, Single line diagram, Load Schedules etc.
  • MEP: Architectural & Structural in 2D AutoCAD Format. Reflected Ceiling plan, All Services drawings in CAD format for coordination. Details of fittings, accessories, Equipment etc.
  • HVAC: Architectural & Structural in 2D AutoCAD Format. Reflected Ceiling plan Single line AC layout. Details of fittings, accessories, Equipment etc.

For Scan To BIM projects

Clearly visible Scan data in the form of point cloud files such as. RCS/ .RCP files, All possible Reference images etc

Our hourly service charge rates or complete 100% project submission rate mostly depends on the complexity of the project and LOD(Level of Detailing) of the output required.

Payment will be mostly on phase of project Submission basis such as

  1. Initial project kicks off amount
  2. After 30% Submission of project phase
  3. After 60% Submission of Project phase
  4. After 90 % Submission of Project phase
  5. Remaining Final 1005 Submission of project phase
